Calling in to Hear Presslines Messages

Once your service is setup, all you need to do is to tell your users how to call in to hear the recorded messages you leave for them.

Simply replace the access code (xxxxx) or dedicated telephone number (0844 xxx xxxx) shown below with your own details.
 

You may be using either a shared or dedicated telephone number:
 

Shared service users:

Call 0844 824 3800 and enter the 5 digit access code xxxxx using the telephone keypad when prompted.

The system will play the most recent message first, followed by older messages in order.

Calls to our 0844 number are charged at no more than 5p per minute from a BT landline.

 

Dedicated number users:

Call 0844 xxx xxxx.  You will hear the most recent message first, followed by older messages in order.
