Presslines System Notification Emails

Notification emails are sent for various administrative actions:

Making new recordings

Disabling or enabling recordings

Changing the welcome message

Changing PIN codes

This allows use of the service to be audited and logged simply and easily by keeping a record of the notification emails sent by the Presslines servers.

In addition, a copy of the actual recordings made live can be sent with the notification email as a sound file, attached to the email.  This allows an exact copy of Presslines messages to be kept, or used for other purposes.
