Recording and Changing your Presslines Welcome Message

Initially, there is a default welcome message on new Presslines Voicebank services.  This can be changed and re-recorded to suit your needs in a similar manner to making a normal message recording.

To change the welcome message:

1. Call the administrator number and enter the administrator PIN code.

2. Select "Other Options" by pressing "0" on the keypad.

3. Enter the Supervisor PIN code when prompted.

4. In the Supervisor menu, select option 2, "Change the welcome message"

You then have the following options:

1: To hear the existing message
2: Record a new welcome message
3: Disable the welcome message
4: Enable the welcome message
0: Return to the Administrator menu

Select option 2 to record a new welcome message.  The message can be reviewed and re-recorded as required.  When you are happy with the recording, the message can be made live.
