IVR Services for Personal and Business Users

We provide a range of telephone based services from simple "Voicemail to Email" services to complex bespoke IVR development to address specific business needs.

Services can be either provided hosted using our own servers or we can provide and install complete IVR servers within your own premises if required.  We can also develop and test your applications using our own hosted servers to allow complete applications to be tested without investing in IVR hardware and telephone lines until later in the project.

Our IVR platform is designed to provide easy to use, telephone based services that can provide callers with the information they need as quickly and easily as possible.  It is crucial to develop applications to be simple and efficient for callers to avoid frustration and to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Our services can be provided in any language and multi-lingual applications are easily developed.  We use "Real People" to provide the prompts heard by callers and do not use "Text to Speech" software to as this generally fails to provide acceptable results where Company, product or place names are needed.

We also avoid applications dependant on "Speech Recognition" as this is still found to be unreliable in real user environments and frustrates callers who usually do not like being forced to talk to an IVR system, regardless of how well it works.  Speech recognition is also severely disadvantaged by poor call quality from mobile phones and particular dialects and languages.
