Summary of Presslines Features:
Presslines allows messages to be recorded from a telephone for others to call in and hear.
Multiple messages can be recorded and callers hear the most recent message first, followed by older messages in order, with the most recent first.
The maximum age of messages and maximum number of messages to be played can be configured to suit the individual clients needs.
Administrative Options:
When messages are recorded, they can be reviewed before they are made live and re-recorded as required.
Messages can be remotely disabled or re-enabled if required, for example if a mistake is made or if the content of the recording is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
Recordings can be sent by email for auditing or archival purposes to a specified email address.
Supervisor Options:
A Supervisor user can additionally change security PIN codes and record or change the Welcome or Introduction message heard by callers. The ability to delete messages can also be restricted to the supervisor user only, if required.
Additional Features:
Recording Level Optimisation. Sometimes, recordings are quiet and hard to hear, especially in noisy surroundings. The Presslines servers automatically adjust playback levels to avoid problems caused by particularly quiet recordings.
Instant Online Signup. We offer a free to try or use service with a shared access number and IOS - "Instant Online Signup". Simply complete our signup form and you will receive an email with details of how to activate and use our free service.
Dedicated Numbers. If you prefer a dedicated telephone number for your callers that does not need an access code entering, we can provide these at a cost of £60 + VAT (£72.00) per year. We can usually set these up within 24 hours.
